"Lee sorted out 6 of my sash Windows and did a great job of them. He even helped me with my grant application for the heritage trust. He sanded down all wood and replaced and fixed up all rotten sills and reputtyed all damaged frames. Cords that had snapped years ago were also all replaced with new ones. All catches and pulleys were replaced with new brass fittings so everything looked great. Also fixed was the easy clean system. Draft proofing strips were also fitted around each of the frames and he ensured all windows opened with no difficulty. After finishing I had the windows painted. The painters took out the draft proofing strips to avoid paint, but put them back in incorrectly. Lee came in the day after (on his day off) for about an hour to correct this. Once again great job, thanks Lee :)"
